‘Speak Your Truth’ botanicals include:

Spearmint, Sage, Marshmallow Root, Elderberry, Clove

All herbs are certified organic 

4oz bags approx. 35-45 cups of tea (as long as you use pots)

DIRECTIONS: Pour mostly hot filtered water onto 1 tablespoon of dry herbs. Cover to steep 11-15min

All blends have been serenaded inside a 432Hz Heart Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl in hopes that you may feel the healing vibrations and love in each cup.
